Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm

Friday 9am to 5pm

There is full access for the disabled.

HOME VISITS, OUT OF HOURS AND EMERGENCY CALLS.

If you need to see a doctor, but are too ill to get to the surgery, please contact the surgery as early as possible to request a home visit. If you feel that the request is urgent, please tell the receptionist so that the doctor can give it priority. Non urgent house calls will be made at some point later in the day. In a medical emergency, after 6pm Monday to Thursday, contact the on-call doctor by phoning the surgery on 01571 844 755/226 and an answer phone message will give you instructions for contacting the doctor on call. From 6pm on a Friday to 8am on a Monday, as well as the Easter and Christmas public holidays, contact NHS 24 on 111 –  Instructions will also be left on the surgery answering machine if you are in any doubt about who to contact. In an emergency situation phone the Ambulance service on 999.

UK PHARMACY SUPPLY ISSUES – November 2023

As per the current UK news headlines, we are experiencing difficulties in obtaining certain medications. The medication shortages vary from day to day and are not predictable. Please bear with us at this time and give as much notice as possible for your repeat medications. We will try not to restrict quantity supplied or change medications where at all possible but in some circumstances this may be necessary. Please be kind to our dispensing reception staff, they are doing everything they can to minimise any avoidable disruption.
